Kahrs voted as top wood flooring range by industry leaders
The Oak Flooring Direct team are delighted to announce that one of our premium suppliers; Kahrs have just been voted ‘Hardwood Flooring Product of the Year’ at the industry’s CFA/CFJ Awards 2015, chalking up their 14th reception of the accolade. The annual awards ceremony includes 17 flooring related categories, voted for by readers of the Contract Flooring Journal (they themselves industry professionals) who registered their choice in an independent ballot earlier this year.
The prestigious award was presented to Kahrs’ representatives Harvey Booth and Alex Litcan at a luncheon hosted at Shakespeare’s Globe theatre on the banks of the River Thames. Guests included 50 leading industry figures, with representatives from the Contract Flooring Association and CIB. This latest accolade follows a string of awards and nominations received by the UK team, including the House Beautiful ‘Gold Award’ for Best Flooring.
The award recognises the quality, performance and design scope of Kährs’ range, which now includes over 140 different wood floors presented throughout 25 collections. New designs for 2015 include Kahrs’ Bloc, Real and Småland Collections, which join Kahrs’ Supreme Range.
